offer several different classes every day, taught by certified
instructors. Have a blast while melting off the pounds with step,
spinning, Pilates, kickboxing, yoga, Zumba and more. Click

30-MINUTE CIRCUIT WORKOUT // Think
an on-demand, total-body workout in 30 minutes with hydraulic
equipment that adapts to all fitness levels and eliminates joint
soreness. Just pop in and get started on your schedule.
STRENGTH TRAINING // Build
muscle and burn more calories during every hour of your day!
Check out our state-of-the-art LifeFitness equipment, free weights
and other tools to help you reach your goals. Cardiovascular
equipment, including treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary
bikes and steppers are also available for your fitness program.
PERSONAL TRAINING // Not
sure where to start? Certified professional trainers experienced
in health, nutrition, physique improvement and sports conditioning
will motivate you and assist with your fitness goals.
PILATES STUDIO // Work out like a celebrity or professional athlete in the professionally equipped Pilates studio. Certified Pilates instructor, Lisa Sentner, is experienced in teaching individuals correct postural alignment, routines to trim and tone problem areas and providing a targeted fitness regimen so you get the body you want faster.
MASSAGE THERAPIST // Get
ready to melt away the stress of the daily grind. Swedish, hot
stone massages, volcanic mud, salt glow with essential oil blends
and hot steaming towels can relax and soothe the body and also
be helpful with specific health problems.
CHILDCARE // Can't
